• Our deposit is 50% due upon completing the contract " Before we start step 2" commencing any work
• 40% due upon completion of design phase and before slicing phase, or sending the high quality result ”graphic services”
• 10% after completing the Projects
• Any additional work above what is in the contract will be billed afterwards.
• We accept the banking transfer to faisal Islamic bank of Egypt and with western union.

Q. Do you have Money Back guarantee terms?

yes we got in these cases:

• We are unable to complete your order.
• You request order cancellation before the project is initialized.
• We would refund 50% of deposit if You are not satisfied with the result after we start the project

Q. Do you provide hosting services?

We don’t provide customers with hosting. But we recommend some companies usually, Exahosting and Nileweb they offer an Arabic support and have a good reputation
